My sweet husband took Hendrix with him to scout camp all day Friday and Saturday so that I could have a break from my busy little 3 year old. I will forever be in debt to him for doing this, I totally needed a break and had to get some shopping done. =) (Don't worry, I mowed the lawn in the 100 degree heat so that Jordan wouldn't have to when he came home from camp.... I'm already trying to repay him.)
I don't think I have ever seen a child so dirty than when Hendrix came home on Friday. Jordan told me he was doing snow angels in the dirt on their hike. Neat. Poor Jordan had to carry Hendrix on his shoulders while they hiked THREE whole miles. He deserves the Dad of the year award for that!
I love that Jordan took some pictures on his cell phone, they turned out so cute!
Here is my dirty little boy, passed out on the floor from exhaustion.

Jordan...I cannot even imagine hiking that far and then with a 3 year old on your shoulders along with all of the other scouts you were responsible for. Props to you! That is going above and beyond the call of duty!! I bet Hendrix loved it.
