Disney Land

Just one week from returning from NY and I was off again! This time with my hubby and my littles. Yes, I'm still pregnant and tired!

Halloween in Disney Land is magical! We bought tickets for Mickey's Halloween Party and boy, was it worth it! That was our favorite day the entire trip. The kids went trick or treating, we went on a bunch of rides since the lines weren't long and there was an awesome firework/light show at the end. We got home around 11 but had so much fun!

On "A Bugs Life Ride." One of the few rides Remmi and I could go on. It went about 2 miles per hour and lasted 30 seconds! Whoo hoo!

Hendrix was so cute when he met Pluto. He kept trying to take a picture of him with my phone and wanted to show Pluto how great of a photographer he was. It was pretty much adorable. Remmi was also VERY excited to see the doggy but didn't get her picture taken with him.

 Yep, that just happened.

Remmi was SO excited to get a churro! She probably ate three while we were there. Anything to make her happy since she was pretty much stroller bound the whole time.

Nap time in the stroller is no fun.

Poor Remmi got sick on the trip and had some sort of weird reaction this day. She cried for almost 2 hours straight. It was the worst day ever and I remember thinking, "I just want to go home and take care of my baby." Sad.

We went to Lego Land and rode all of the SUPER EXCITING rides there! NOT! Lego Land was pretty lame but I'm glad we went there and have some fun memories. Once again, Remmi and I couldn't go on any rides so we went shopping and picked out a new "baby" for her. She was so excited, especially after falling on her face and getting a bloody lip. She had a rough trip.

The view from our hotel room in Laguna Beach. This hotel was the most amazing place I have EVER stayed. We felt like hill-billies from the middle of mississippi when we walked in there. We swam in the pools but didn't make it to the beach because of the fog that rolled in on our last day.

Happy Birthday to me! I got to celebrate my 28th birthday in Laguna Beach with my favorite people.

Here are some more pics from Lego Land. The cities made out of Legos were incredible! I could have spent the entire day just looking at all of the Lego cities.

I think this was Hendrix's favorite ride ever! He got to drive his own lego car, not on a track! He went on the ride about 4 times since there was no line.

This picture is from the Finding Nemo ride. Remmi thought it was pretty awesome!

New York

My dearest mother-in-law wanted to take all of her daughter-in-laws to NY with her this year. GIRLS TRIP! I didn't hesitate for one second to take her up on it! This trip was epic, one I will never forget. Our days were jam packed with sight seeing, broadway watching, eating, subway riding, laughter and memories. I love these women so much!

Our hotel was in Times Square so we ended up walking through there quite a bit. I was overwhelmed by the shear magnitude of it all. It was breathtaking, out of control, loud and bright. I LOVED it!

I took this picture for Hendrix because I knew he would love it. He told Jordan, "tell mama to buy it!." LOL! We had lot's of fun in the Disney store, it was amazing!

These are the lanterns from Tangled. They were so awesome!

 Mmmmm.... the Hershey's factory!

That is the NY temple behind us. It's amazing that there is a temple in the middle of the crazy city.

The 9/11 memorial was defenitely an emotional day for all of us. You can feel how sacred those grounds are, it was actually quite the spiritual experience. I will never forget this day.

This tree was the only thing to survive the attack. It was buried under large amounts of debri and nursed back to health. Really cool!

They put white roses in the persons name for their birthday. I started crying when I saw this. So sad.

The church across the street from the twin towers was a sancuary for tired firemen and somehow survived being damaged from the impact.

Meghan's birthday dinner. We had THE BEST manacotti I have EVER had! SOOOO good!

I ran into these two foxes while wandering through Times Square.

Brooke and her handy, dandy map! She pretty much led us through the city/subway system and never failed us! I would have been competely lost with out her and that beloved map.

 Central Park is A M A Z I N G ! I wish we could have spent an entire day there.

 Toy store fun!

Our last night in NY was spent with Jordan's aunt and uncle. They have an amzing apartment in Manhatten with the most incredible views of the city. We went up on the roof and took these glorious pictures. I can't believe they get to wake up to this beautiful city every day.

Hogle Zoo with Meghan

We went to the zoo a couple of times this summer since we bought a season pass. Hendrix isn't really interested in the animals but Remmi is obsessed with them! I think she could be at the zoo all day! We invited Meghan, Mathew and Beckett to come with us this time. They had just opened the water park and the kiddos loved it!
